I'm sure there is a good atmosphere in your Discord channel. Or use Steam's bundled group and voice chat services. There might be rare exceptions, but in general it's a bad place to be.Įspecially when you can have exact same service with zero data mining(TeamSpeak, Mumble). Problem with social networks, that they are designed to be an awful place. While Discord mines data on your PC, spies on you and it's primary business model is selling your data. And Steam only has data, that you personally put there. Because there is a trust for Valve, and they are not making business on selling your data. In case of Steam it's somewhat different. All I can say is that the server definitely isn't an awful place socially. But If you're already on Steam, how privacy minded are you really? That aside, Discord is not a privacy friendly platform, so your concerns are ofcourse legitimate. It's up to everyone to decide for themselves whether sacrificing their data to the dark gods of social networking is worth it for what they get from a particular platform or not (its usually not). The Brass Bull is almost impervious to normal weapons and its breath is scorching flames. Social networks are awful place, and it mines your personal data. A huge bull of cast brass given it false life by an enchanter of extraordinary powers.
